In line with recent NT Government announcements, driver-partners and delivery people need to upload their vaccination record by Thursday, 11 November 2021 to be able to continue using the Driver app.
By 11:59pm Thursday, 11 November 2021,
You must upload either a Medicare COVID-19 Digital Certificate, Immunisation history statement or a letter from a medical practitioner (stating the dates on which you received a COVID-19 vaccination) to show that you have had at least 1 dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Please make sure your full name, date given and vaccine type is clearly visible.
By 11.59pm Thursday, 23 December 2021,
You must upload your vaccination record that shows you have had 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. If you had already uploaded a vaccination record that showed 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, you will not be required to upload another record.
If you are not vaccinated, you must provide documentation of your exemption.
Uber will only use these documents to determine your eligibility to use the Driver app and for record keeping purposes as required by NT COVID-19 Directions. Your personal information, including submitted documents, will be collected and stored by Uber Technologies Inc. in the U.S., and accessed by Uber support staff and trusted vendors located in India and the Philippines.
