Partner-Driver eligibility requirements:

Must be an Emirati citizen or child of Emirati mother
Driver must be at least 21 years of age
Must hold valid UAE driver’s license
Must have valid car registration and vehicle insurance coverage
Have an active private driver’s license issued 1 year ago or longer
Obtain background check from ITC
Complete Uber onboarding

Vehicle requirements:

Must be owned by prospective Partner-Driver or first-degree relative of Partner-Driver, or be bank-financed in the name of the Partner-Driver
Must have an active private vehicle registration
Must pass annual inspection
Must be well-maintained and have at least 3 doors and air conditioning
Must be currently enrolled in Motor Third Party Liability Personal Insurance that also covers passengers
