Step 2: Employee signup

- How do employees redeem their Uber One memberships?
Any employees added to the program will receive an email to claim their Uber One membership. Once an employee creates an Uber account, they can redeem and use their membership on web or mobile through the Uber Eats app.
- Are Uber One benefits available globally?
Uber One is currently available in the United States, with plans to expand globally. As of now, Uber One benefits are limited to the US and will not apply to any Uber app requests made while outside of the country.
- Does the Uber One membership apply to all orders?

- What is the cost of Uber One?

¹By enrolling in this Uber One offer, the employee is enrolling in a membership auto-renewal offer provided by Uber for Business. They will be charged $7.99 after the expiration of any applicable free trial, and monthly thereafter, until they cancel or the offer completes. Once the offer has completed, the monthly membership will auto-renew at $9.99 until canceled. To avoid charges, employees must cancel before their Billing Day through the app. Subject to rights under consumer laws, recurring payments are non-refundable. Offer and benefits are valid only for purchases made in the U.S. on U.S.-based Uber accounts. The offer is subject to change and has limited availability.
