Virtual Queue for Drivers

Requests will be assigned to drivers in order of entry into the Virtual Queue Area , and no longer by proximity between driver and user. In other words, the partner who arrived first in the area will be the first to be requested, and so on.

If the partner goes offline or leaves the area marked for the Virtual Queue, their place will be lost.

Any attempt to circumvent the virtual queue, through applications, invalid trips or any other way may result in the permanent termination of the partnership.

Fixed Boarding Location at Confins Airport

Uber users in Confins will be instructed to mark in the application which Terminal they are in.

Confins Airport has 2 fixed boarding locations, one located at Terminal 1 departures and one located at Terminal 2.

Users will be required to select a location from those pre-established. You will be notified in which of the two locations you should pick up the user. Boarding will not be permitted anywhere other than these two pre-established locations.
