HOW TO RIDE LIKE A PRO

To connect with your driver head to Lot C at the intersection of Randol Mill Rd and Ballpark Way diagonal to the stadium.

There will be a $1 event fee for all pickups from Globe Life Park reflected on your receipt.

COVER YOUR BASES

Know your pickup location

All pickups will take place in Lot C, outside of Globe Life Park. Walk towards Randol Mill Rd and Ballpark Way to find the Uber lot. Your driver will let you know what parking stall they are in, so you can easily find them.

Split the fare

Heading to or home from the game? Split the fare with your team while riding around. And don’t forget – uberX vehicles can seat groups of up to 4 passengers, while uberXL can handle parties of up to 6.

Confirm your driver

Before hopping in your ride, confirm your driver’s car model and license plate number in the app.

Leave your lucky glove behind? You can reach out to your driver directly, if you’ve forgotten something in the car. No matter what it may be – if you encounter an issue on your trip, we want to help! Head to the ‘Help’ section in your app or reply to your emailed trip receipt so we can follow up.
