How it works

• From the Departures Level, open your Uber app and request the UberX garage pickup option
• Select your pickup area (either “Garage Level 5, Terminal 1, Zone B,” “Garage Level 5, Terminal 2, Zone D,” or “Garage Level 5, Terminal 3, Zone F”)
• Confirm your pickup location and walk 2-3 minutes, following the navigational prompts
• Meet your driver at the confirmed pickup location inside the garage

FAQ

• Can I still get picked up at the curb?

  Yes. If you request UberX, you will still be picked up curbside at the Departures Level.

• How far of a walk is Garage Level 5 from the terminals?

  From the Departures Level, pickup locations inside the Domestic Garage are about a 2-3-minute walk.

• How do I get to Garage Level 5 from Terminal 1-3?

  Take the escalators up from the Departures Level and walk across the skybridge to Sections B/D/F at Garage Level 5. Follow the signs for “Ride App Pickup Garage Zone B/D/F.”

• Where should riders be dropped off for departures?

  No change here—all dropoffs at all terminals will remain curbside at the Departures Level for Terminals 1-3 and on the second curb for the International Terminal.
