You’ve been training for months. You’ve worked on your stride, nailed down your pace and broken in your sweet kicks, all in time to dominate the 2014 Blue Cross Broad Street Run.
Don’t lose momentum now! Whether its a trip to the expo, a lift to the starting line or a ride home from post-run festivities, leave it to Uber to take you where you need to go.
Make your race day ride as smooth as your sprint to the finish line
PRE-RUN FUN
Uber to the Health and Wellness Expo to pick up your bib on Friday, May 2nd (11 am – 7 pm) or Saturday, May 3rd (9 am – 6 pm). We’ll be there handing out sweet swag to rock during the race!
GETTING TO THE STARTING LINE
Kick the nerves! Let us worry about giving you a lift to the starting line so you can focus on total race domination. Give these guidelines to your driver:
- Avoid Broad Street (it’s closed… obviously)
- The starting line is near Central High School
- From Center City, take 76W to Route 1 (map your directions here)
- Click the image below and see the blue boxes for suggested drop off spots
RIDING HOME A FINISHER
Give your legs a break and Uber home to celebrate. The race ends inside the Navy Yard, but surrounding roads will be closed. Click the map below for the best spot to request a pickup.
SPECTATOR INFO
There are a number of awesome locations to watch your favorite runners kick butt. Along Broad Street at Temple University, City Hall and the Sports Complex are among our favorites. Note that bleacher seating at the finish line is limited, so get your sneak peak wherever you can!
