- Request: Enter your pick-up and drop-off location, then select the ‘Shuttle’ option. Review your fare and pickup time, then tap “Request.”You can reserve up to 4 seats up to 7 days in advance.
- Pickup: You can track your Shuttle’s location up to 25 minutes before your pick-up time. Walk to the pickup spot shown on the map. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early. Your driver will wait a maximum of 2 minutes. You will get real-time Shuttle updates in your Uber app.
- On Trip: When boarding the Shuttle, check in by scanning the QR code in your Uber app. Enjoy a comfortable ride.
- Drop off: Your driver will drop you at your designated drop-off point. Use the Uber app for walking directions to your final destination.
