Uber Zone
When you’re ready to close out your day, request your ride and head to the dedicated Uber Zone located in the Frankenstein Parking Garage, where you can meet your driver and be on your way.
Pickup Tips
- Request your ride: When exiting the park, open your app, choose your preferred ride option, and request a ride. Your pickup location will default to the Uber Zone to make it easier for you and your driver to connect.
- Head to the Uber Zone: Simply follow the “Uber/Ride App” signs to get to the designated Uber Zone at the Frankenstein Parking Garage.
- Meet your driver: Your driver will meet you at the Uber Zone.
Your trip will include a $3.00 special venue surcharge. This surcharge helps ensure a reliable pick up experience at Universal Studios Hollywood.
