UBER FOR BUSINESS GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

1.     NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN THIS GIVEAWAY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2.     All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3.     To enter, attend the “Celebrate what matters most this holiday season” webinar ON October 19, 2023. One entry per person, please. Multiple or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified.  One winner per household.  Uber Technologies, Inc. (“Uber”) is not responsible for lost, damaged, incomplete, late or otherwise deficient entries.

4.     Each winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone at Uber’s sole discretion.

5.     To be eligible, you must be a legal U.S. resident residing within Uber’s service market areas, and be at least 18 years old. Void where prohibited.  

6.     Employees and the immediate families of employees of Uber, its affiliated companies, participating promotional partners, advertising and promotion agencies, or prize providers (collectively, “Giveaway Partners”) are not eligible to enter the giveaway.

7.     Unless otherwise specified, three (3) winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries received, and the odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8.     Giveaway winners will each receive $250 in Uber for Business dashboard credit (each a “Prize”) and shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions.  Prize redemption details shall be provided upon awarding of the Prize.

9.     All prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable.  No cash or prize substitution is allowed, except by Uber, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 

10.  All fees, federal, state and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize (including any expenses described) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

11.  Any forfeited or returned prize or undeliverable or expired prize notification will result in the prize being awarded to an alternate winner.

12.  By entering, you give permission to Uber and participating Giveaway Partners and their respective affiliates and others authorized by Uber to use your name, photographic and artistic likeness and biographical data for advertising, promotion and publicity purposes without further consent or additional compensation.

13.  By entering, you give permission to Uber, participating Giveaway Partners, and their respective affiliates, to contact you about promotional offers and events. If you provide your email, you agree that Uber may send marketing messages to the email address provided.

14.  You acknowledge that you have read, understand and will abide by all official rules.  By participating, you agree to accept and be bound by these official rules, to be solely responsible for any liability related to the giveaway or any prize, and to release and hold harmless Uber, or any participating Giveaway Partners, and their respective affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns and licensees of each from any such liability.

15.  For the names of Winners: (i) send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked to Uber Technologies, Inc., 1515 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94158, Attn: Uber for Business – Winner List; and (ii) write the name of the Giveaway on the lower left hand corner of the envelope. All requests for the names of the Winners must be received within two (2) weeks of the end of the Giveaway.
