Program overview:
AT&T will begin offering employees free Uber Shuttle rides between downtown HQ and the primary offsite parking lot. For more information on this program, open the Uber Rides app and choose Shuttle.
Note: In order to see the route details and shuttle ETAs in the app, make sure you’re linked to the AT&T program by accepting the invite in your email. To find the email, search your inbox for a message with the subject, “Uber for Business.”
Route overview:
The shuttle will run between downtown HQ and the primary offsite parking lot.
Additional program details:
- 3 minibuses will be operating Monday – Friday between 6:00 am to 9:00 am, and 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
- 1 sprinter van will be operating Monday – Friday between 5:30 am to 8:00 pm.
- Trips and seats can be reserved in-app. Download the Uber Rides app.

Frequently asked questions:
- Do I need to book a shuttle trip through the app or can I just show up?
No reservations needed! Simply pull up the QR code in the app to scan in as you board the shuttle.
- How can I track my shuttle?
Down Small You can track your shuttle on the home screen of the Uber Rides app.
- Is the Employee Shuttle free of charge?
Down Small The Shuttle is free to ride between designated locations and your workplace. When booking your Shuttle trip, please remember to switch from your personal profile to the AT&T Shuttle Program profile.
- Do I receive any confirmation or ticket allowing me to board the shuttle?
Down Small You'll be able to pull up a QR code in the app that will serve as your ticket when boarding the shuttle.
- Can I bring an animal/pet on the shuttle?
Down Small Animals are strictly prohibited on the shuttles unless they are service animals.
- Can I eat or drink on the shuttle?
Down Small Eating or drinking is not allowed on the shuttle.
