Program overview:
Starting October 4th, SNY2 will begin offering Amazon associates free Uber Shuttle rides from the Parkchester Subway Station to Amazon SNY2 (and back) on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. For more information on this program, open the Uber Rides app and choose Shuttle.
Note: In order to see shuttle ETAs in the Uber app, make sure you’re linked to the Amazon SNY2 program by filling out the opt-in form here.

- The shuttle will run between the Parkchester Subway Station and Amazon SNY2.
- The shuttle operates on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- 7:30pm – 9:00pm, 12:30am – 2:00am

- Do I need to book a shuttle trip through the app or can I just show up?
No reservations needed! Simply pull up the QR code in the app to scan in as you board the shuttle.
- How can I track my shuttle?
Down Small You can track your shuttle on the home screen of the Uber Rides app.
- Is the Employee Shuttle free of charge?
Down Small The Shuttle is free to ride between designated locations and your workplace. When booking your Shuttle trip, please remember to switch from your personal profile to the Amazon Shuttle Program profile.
- Do I receive any confirmation or ticket allowing me to board the shuttle?
Down Small You'll be able to pull up a QR code in the app that will serve as your ticket when boarding the shuttle.
- Can I bring an animal/pet on the shuttle?
Down Small Animals are strictly prohibited on the shuttles unless they are service animals.
- Can I eat or drink on the shuttle?
Down Small Eating or drinking is not allowed on the shuttle.
