Program overview:
Starting June 27th, SAN5 will begin offering Amazon associates free Uber Shuttle rides from the Otay Mesa Pedestrian Crossing to Amazon SAN5 (and back) 24 hours a day. For more information on this program, open the Uber Rides app and choose Shuttle.
Note: In order to see the schedule and route details in the app, make sure you’re linked to the Amazon SAN5 program by accepting the invite in your email. To find the email, search your inbox for a message with the subject, “Uber for Business.”

- The shuttle will run between the Otay Mesa Pedestrian Crossing to the SAN5 warehouse 24/7.

- Do I need to book a shuttle trip through the app or can I just show up?
No reservations needed! Simply pull up the QR code in the app to scan in as you board the shuttle.
- How can I track my shuttle?
Down Small You can track your shuttle on the home screen of the Uber Rides app.
- Is the Employee Shuttle free of charge?
Down Small The Shuttle is free to ride between designated locations and your workplace. When booking your Shuttle trip, please remember to switch from your personal profile to the Amazon Shuttle Program profile.
- Do I receive any confirmation or ticket allowing me to board the shuttle?
Down Small You'll be able to pull up a QR code in the app that will serve as your ticket when boarding the shuttle.
- Can I bring an animal/pet on the shuttle?
Down Small Animals are strictly prohibited on the shuttles unless they are service animals.
- Can I eat or drink on the shuttle?
Down Small Eating or drinking is not allowed on the shuttle.
