如何在优步上使用 MPTP 补贴

If you need to update the MPTP membership number linked with your Uber Account, please do not use the below form. Please fill out this form to file a ticket with one of our agents who will be able to assist you with your request.

^Next ride promo terms and conditions: The promotional offer will be automatically applied to your Uber account linked to your MPTP membership and will automatically be used on your next ride (up to $50). If your fare exceeds $50, your MPTP subsidy will then apply, covering 50% of the remaining total fare balance (up to $60 per eligible trip, within your subsidy limits). Any amounts outside that will be charged to your nominated bank card.

You must be an MPTP member to be eligible for this promotion. Maximum of $50 per ride. Valid for one ride only. The promotion applies to the value of the trip fare only and does not apply to tolls, surcharges, levies, cancellation fees, wait fees or any other fee or charge. Offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion.

This promotional offer is solely funded by Uber, and is separate from your MPTP subsidy, which is funded by Safe Transport Victoria (ST Vic), The promotion will be applied prior to the MPTP subsidy in cases where the fare exceeds the discount amount. If multiple promotions are available on an account, the promotion offering the highest savings will automatically apply to the next trip first. This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers. Terms and conditions, including eligibility and availability, are subject to change at Uber’s discretion. This promotion is valid until 11:59 pm December 31, 2026.

*MPTP subsidy: the MPTP program is run by Safe Transport Victoria (ST Vic). Riders who have linked their MPTP membership to their Uber account will have the subsidy automatically applied to any trips taken within Victoria, using their Uber account. MPTP subsidies can only be applied towards eligible trips on UberX, Assist, UberXL, Comfort, Premier, Uber Pet, and Uber Green (subject to driver and ride type availability in your ride area). If you no longer want your MPTP membership linked to your Uber account, please go to help.uber.com or use the ‘Help Centre’ in the app to inform Uber’s support team contact Support via the Uber app. For more information on using your MPTP subsidy with Uber, visit the ST Vic website.
