Plan your week ahead

A little forward planning can go a long way in making your delivery-partner experience more organised and more profitable. Take into account what’s happening around your city and you can better plan your breaks around the expected quiet times.

Consider the following when planning your week:

公司活动

What’s happening that might cause an influx of potential orders or potential traffic closures (e.g. sporting events on TV, Lunar New Year Celebrations, etc.).

Public Holidays

Long weekends and short working weeks are a good excuse for people to take it easy and order in.

Down time

If you have been online for 12 hours over the course of a day without an uninterrupted 8 hour break, the Fatigue Management feature will take you offline for 8 hours so you can rest. Pre-planning your breaks helps you make most of the time you’re delivering.
