Helping to build the future of Uber Eats

Whether you’re delivering a mid-week ramen or solving a late night grocery emergency, you’re helping connect the community with what they need. And you know the day-to-day of delivering with Uber Eats better than anyone.

Which is why in 2021, together with RPS Group, we launched the Uber Advisory Forums in Australia, bringing together passionate delivery people to help shape the future of Uber Eats.

What is the Advisory Forum?

The Uber Eats Advisory Forum, brings together a group of selected delivery people, 'advisors', from across Australia to share their experiences and offer suggestions to help improve the experience of delivering with Uber Eats.

The forum is held twice a year and is attended by both advisors, and members of the Uber Eats operations and leadership teams. Each forum involves the discussion of two key topics that are related to the delivery person experience, and dedicated time for advisors to raise any other issues or ideas they have on their mind.

Meet your advisors for 2025–2026

Advisors are delivery people who applied to be part of the program and were selected by RPS Group. They represent a diverse range of backgrounds, cities, delivery modes and levels of experience delivering with the Uber Eats platform.

How can I get involved?

There are a few ways you can contribute to the Advisory Forum:

  • Have Your Say Survey: The Have Your Say survey is sent to all active Delivery People ahead of the Forums and is your chance to tell us what you think about the Forum discussion topics. Results from the survey are shared with Advisors and your feedback helps shape the discussions Advisors have with Uber Eats and RPS Group at the next Forum.

  • Open Hours: Open Hours are optional 15-minute sessions where you can share feedback directly with an Advisor and a member of RPS Group. Advisors want to hear about the challenges you’re facing and bring your voice to Uber Eats.

  • Become an Advisor: Advisors are selected by RPS Group to reflect the diversity of our Delivery People community. The current group of Advisors will stay on through to the end of 2026. Occasionally, new Advisor positions may become available throughout the year.
