FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

As you know Uber takes the quality of service and the professionalism of partner drivers very seriously.

This does not affect 99.9% of Uber partner drivers. To ensure reliability of the platform and to support partner drivers, keep in mind:

• SELF-BOOKING: You are not able to book yourself to take a trip.

• CLEANING FEES: Must be noted at the end of the trip by tapping “Fare Review – Cleaning Fee”. You must photograph the issue and send these photos and itemised tax invoices to support.brisbane@uber.com within 48 hours.

• INCENTIVES: When incentives are offered to drivers the conditions must be followed. The Driver team monitors incentives and driver trips closely to ensure you are properly compensated and that others are not unfairly abusing the system.

Mistreatment of the Uber platform may result in drivers being de-activated from the platform.

We do this in order to protect the 99.9% of partner drivers who have made Brisbane and the Gold Coast the best place to be a partner driver in Australia.
