Why is Uber Eats collecting my food business verification?
Having a valid food business verification is an important part of ensuring food safety standards, which in turn benefit both your restaurant and your customers.

We want everyone using Uber Eats to have a positive experience. By requiring restaurant partners to share their food license, we’re ensuring compliance with local laws and enhancing food safety measures.

I don’t have my food business verification right now, can I submit my document later?
Maintaining high food safety standards is important for customers. While we value your desire to partner with us, we cannot make your restaurant live and therefore enable orders via Uber Eats until we’ve received a valid food business verification. We recommend you consult your local council for information about obtaining the correct document.

Can I submit my food license via email?
