These terms and conditions set the requirements for you to receive the referral reward of $250 Uber Cash. 

If you are the referrer (Referrer), (1) you must own or operate a restaurant that is currently active on the Uber Eats platform in Australia; (2) you must submit a referral form stating the name of the restaurant you are referring, and the email address and phone number of the owner or operator of the restaurant you are referring (Referee); (3) the details of the Referee in your referral form must match the details contained in the referral form submitted by the Referee; (4) your Referee must complete a referral form stating your email address and phone number as that of the referrer; (5) your Referee must comply with the requirements set out below.  In your referral form, your email address must match your active Uber user account. 

If you are the Referee, (1) you must own or operate a physical restaurant in Australia within the Adelaide metropolitan area that has not previously been signed up to, or active on, the Uber Eats platform (Eligible Restaurant); (2) you must submit a referral form stating the email address and phone number of the Referrer; (3) the details of the Referrer in your referral form must match the details contained in the referral form submitted by the Referrer; (4) your Referer must complete a referral form stating your email address and phone number as that of the referee; (5) you must sign up the Eligible Restaurant to the Uber Eats platform and complete 1 order from that restaurant via the Uber Eats platform; (6) your Referrer must comply with the requirements set out above. In your referral form, your email address must match your active Uber user account. You (and your Referrer) are not eligible if you have previously signed your restaurant up to the Uber Eats platform, even if you did not complete onboarding or complete an order. 

A total amount of $5,000 Uber Cash is available (Total Uber Cash Available), and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the time of the Referee’s Eligible Restaurant’s first completed order via the Uber Eats platform. Subject to the Total Uber Cash Available, if both the Referrer and Referee comply with the requirements set out above, $250 Uber Cash (each) will be received by the Uber accounts linked to the email details provided by the Referrer and the Referee. If the email address provided by you is not linked to a valid or active Uber account, you may not receive the referral reward. 

This offer will end if the Total Uber Cash Available has been exhausted and no further referral rewards will be granted. 

You may refer, or be referred by, multiple people.  However, you are only eligible to receive the referral reward once. 

Uber Eats reserves the right to withhold or deduct amounts if we believe they were in error, fraudulent, illegal or in violation of terms. This offer is only valid in relation to referral forms submitted by both the Referrer and the Referee between Mon 23 September 2024, 9:00AM AEST to Thu 31 October 2024, 11:59PM AEDT.

The issue of Uber Cash under this referral program is subject to the Uber Cash Terms and Conditions for Australia.
