Track your earnings

Before you accept any order, you’ll be provided with upfront trip information. This includes the estimated earnings you’ll receive for the fully completed trip(s). In addition, customers have the option to tip in-app, and you keep 100% of tips.

Your earnings are deposited into your account every week, or more frequently upon request (subject to fees and availability).

Delivering in multiple cities

Please note that delivery people will only receive delivery requests in the city where their account is based.

To sign up, you need to have access to an eligible vehicle, meet age requirements and provide all the necessary documents. Requirements vary by city according to local laws and regulations.

Hit the road

It’s easy to get started.

1. Sign up online

Download the Uber Driver app from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Log in to your existing account or tap register to create a new account.

2. Complete signup steps

We’ll need a copy of a few personal documents. You will also need to lodge a background check and right to work check.

Note: Requirements vary by city.

3. Start delivering

Once you have provided all the required documents, you should be able to start earning in around 5 business days.

  • Other non-cap cities: sign up to deliver in Albury, Alice Springs, Ballarat, Bathurst, Broome, Bunbury, Bundaberg, Busselton, Byron Bay, Cairns, Coffs Harbour, Dubbo, Geraldton, Gladstone, Hervey Bay, Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Latrobe, Launceston, Mackay, Mildura, Mornington Peninsula, Mount Gambier, Murray Bridge, New England, Newcastle, Orange, Port Lincoln, Port Macquarie, Riverina Murray, Rockhampton, Shepparton, South Eastern NSW, Sunshine Coast, Tamworth, Townsville, Wagga Wagga, Warrnambool, Whyalla, Wodonga or Wollongong before 30 April 2026 at 11:59 pm AEST. This offer is for A$300 upon completion of 80 eligible deliveries in your relevant Eligible City within 60 days of your sign-up date (‘offer’). ‘Sign-up date’ refers to the date on which you complete the sign-up form to deliver with Uber Eats. If you are eligible for this offer, you’ll receive an email confirmation after you sign up. This offer isn’t available to people who have previously completed a signup form to be a driver partner with Uber or a delivery person with Uber Eats, and may not be valid in conjunction with certain other offers or promotions.

The 60-day eligibility period includes the time it takes for you to complete onboarding and become activated to deliver with Uber Eats. The onboarding period may vary depending on your individual circumstances, which are outside Uber Eats’ control.

An eligible delivery for the purposes of this offer (1) is a completed delivery in the Eligible City you’re signed up to deliver in, made by you, and (2) doesn’t include cancelled deliveries. Uber Eats reserves the right to withhold or deduct payments that Uber Eats reasonably determines were in error, fraudulent, illegal or in breach of your delivery person agreement or these terms. Uber Eats reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
