For the last year, our team has been collaborating with drivers and delivery partners around the world to build a better app. To get it right, we had to build it together with you.
Uber is always available. So whenever you’re ready to drive, open the app and tap GO. When you’re using the app for rides, you can go online in alignment with your transport company when you’re at the company’s place of business. Close the app afterwards and wait for your company’s instruction for each trip.
After receiving a direction from your place of business, open the app and swipe the screen to confirm that you are driving.
The app makes it easy to find your customer and navigate to their destination, so all you have to focus on is the road ahead.
Uber’s 2-way rating system helps to create safer and more comfortable experiences. Riders, drivers, and other customers will be asked to provide feedback on every trip.
