💡上線流程內容說明
01. 合約寄送
當業務完成合作商家上線相關資料並建置於系統後，便會將合約寄至合作商家的指定Email，請務必到您的信箱確認合約，若合約沒問題後，即可回簽，以利後續上線流程進行。
02. 提交菜單/預約拍攝
請將您欲在Uber Eats販售的餐點菜單提交給業務，或是進入Uber Eats 商家管理後台透過提交上線資料頁面上傳，其中務必包含餐點名稱、售價及客製化選項，若需備註說明也請一併附上，以便菜單團隊能更快速的建置菜單；簽約後，Uber Eats也會為您安排攝影，總共拍攝六張照片，包含一張封面照及五張品項照，請從您所提交的菜單中挑選出五項人氣精選餐點進行拍攝。
03. 專屬帳號創建
當Uber Eats收到合作商家回簽的合約後，系統將會為您創建一組專屬於合作商家接單前台的帳號密碼資訊，範例：帳號 apple-123456@ubereats.com， 密碼：8個數字及英文組合，請以此登入您的接單前台。
04. 上線資料提交（包含上傳身份驗證文件）
接著請務必進入【文件】上傳與您簽約資訊相符的身份驗證文件，待驗證通過後將接續進行後續流程。了解更多>>
05. 菜單建置/照片上傳
菜單提交後，相關團隊將開始建置；若已完成拍攝也將一併上傳您所拍攝好的照片。
06. 平板寄送
若菜單已建置完成，將開始安排平板寄出，寄出後約莫2個工作天送達指定地點，請留意順豐物流電話。
07. 上線接單
請儘早學習如何操作接單前台（觀看教學手冊、教學影片及合作商家新手村），收到平板後即可開機立即上線接單！
08. 上線滿意度調查
最後，Uber Eats會寄送滿意度調查至您的手機及信箱，請您針對上線流程的體驗結果給予回饋或意見。收到您的回覆之後，我們將會於一至兩個工作天寄送合作商家所拍攝的照片至您的信箱，再請您 確認。
