Call 1-833-USE-UBER (1-833-873-8237) from a phone that can accept texts. An Uber team member will help you set up your account, if you don't already have one, and request a ride. You can choose to speak in English or Spanish when requesting a trip.
When setting up your account, you'll add a payment method. Don’t worry—you won’t be charged for calling us; we’ll charge your payment method on file after you complete a successful trip. To help keep your personal information safe and secure, make sure to use only this phone number when calling to request a ride.

- Can I apply a voucher when I book a ride through 1-833-USE-UBER?
Yes, however the voucher must already be claimed to your account. Agents cannot add a voucher to your uber account. For the voucher to apply, the trip must meet all voucher requirements.
*Currently Uber WAV is available with Call to Ride in NYC and Chicago. Riders who use folding wheelchairs can request a ride in all other options available through the Uber app. For more information, see accessibility.uber.com.
