To participate in the Marriott Uber loyalty initiative, you must link your Marriott Bonvoy™ account to your Uber account associated with a U.S. phone number, and your account must be in good standing. Once you link your accounts, you can earn Marriott Bonvoy Points on Qualifying Transactions. A “Qualifying Transaction” means (i) a ride booked and completed with Uber Reserve; (ii) a ride taken with Uber XL, Uber Black, Uber SUV or Uber Comfort (ii) a Food Delivery order placed with an eligible merchant through Uber Eats in an amount of $40 USD or more (excluding taxes, fees, and tips); or (iii) a Grocery order placed with an eligible merchant through Uber Eats in an amount of $40 USD or more (excluding taxes, fees, and tips), in each case, that occurs in the United States with an eligible and linked account. Some exclusions may apply to ride types, or profiles/trips/orders that are associated with Family, Teen, or Guest accounts, and are in Uber’s sole discretion. Marriott Bonvoy points earned for Qualifying Transactions will be in accordance with the terms below and based on U.S. dollars spent before promotions and discounts, excluding taxes, fees, and tips. By linking your account, you consent to Uber sharing your trip or order details with Marriott Bonvoy. If you no longer wish to participate in this offer, you may unlink your account at any time in the Uber app. After you link your Marriott Bonvoy account to your Uber account, for all Qualifying Transactions you will receive (as applicable): (i) 3 Marriott Bonvoy Points for each dollar spent before promotions and discounts, excluding taxes, fees, and tips on Uber XL, Uber Black, Uber SUV and Uber Comfort rides, (ii) 2 Marriott Bonvoy points for each dollar spent before promotions and discounts, excluding taxes, fees, and tips on Reserve rides, (iii) 2 Marriott Bonvoy points for each dollar spent before promotions and discounts, excluding taxes, fees, and tips on eligible Food or Grocery orders to an eligible Residence Inn locations, and (iv) 1 Marriott Bonvoy Point for each dollar spent before promotions and discounts, excluding taxes, fees, and tips on Food Delivery and Grocery orders made using Uber Eats.

After you link your Marriott Bonvoy account to your Uber account, if such Uber account is a valid and qualifying Uber One member, your Marriott Bonvoy account will be eligible for an automatic upgrade to Marriott Bonvoy Silver Elite Status, subject to any applicable Marriott terms.

In addition to these terms, you are subject to any terms and conditions shown upon enrollment, and the Uber Terms of Use and the Marriott Bonvoy Program Rules. Uber and Marriott International reserve the right to change or terminate the Marriott Uber loyalty initiative, or change the number of Marriott Bonvoy Points that you may earn and the activities for which you may earn Marriott Bonvoy Points, at any time and in their sole discretion. Uber or Marriott International may also unlink accounts, terminate or revoke points, or amend a user’s loyalty status as a result of: termination or suspension of the Marriott Uber loyalty initiative; termination or suspension of an Uber and/or Marriott account; suspected fraud or misuse; technical glitches or errors that result in an incorrect point award; or any changes in eligibility.
