Uber App 新功能揭曉 New Feature launched!

好消息！大家期待已久的地址搜尋功能終於開放囉！您只需在 Uber App 中的地址欄位點選後，直接輸入上車地址或地標即可快速搜尋到您想上車的地址喔！以下為示範圖例，大家可以試著操作看看 🙂 如：輸入臺北101、臺北高鐵站、忠孝復興捷運站等等。

另外，您的建議我們聽到了！未來司機們將不會再打電話跟您確認上車地址，這樣一來將不會打擾到您喔！請您務必確切輸入您的上車地點。司機將在抵達時發送已經抵達的訊息，如您在10分鐘內沒有出現於上車地點，司機會撥一通電話與您確認是否取消或開始行程。

如您在叫車後需修改上車地點，也可直接主動與司機聯絡，以下為操作圖示：

Good news! We’ve implemented a new location search feature that should make your Uber pickups even more seamless and smooth! You’ll now be able to set your pickup location using either a designated address and/or a nearby location/attraction! Locations include places like restaurants, department stores, bars, or attractions. Simply type them in and the driver will know to pick you up there! Of course, you can always enter an exact address if you’d like as well.

Since we’re anticipating this feature as a great way to communicate your pickup location, we’re also going to take this opportunity to implement another piece of feedback we’ve heard from you, starting from today drivers will no longer call you to confirm your pickup location. As you’ve told us, calls can often be disruptive, so we’re taking them out of the pickup process. Please make sure you enter your correct address before requesting your car. Once the driver arrives, you’ll receive a notification on your phone. If you don’t show up within 10 minutes, the driver will then give you a call to determine whether or not you would like to cancel your request.

Of course, you can always contact the driver yourself should you need to change your pickup location after you request. Simply call the driver using the app and coordinate with them.
