Promo Terms and Conditions

• Promo codes are available in limited quantities and are only valid until fully redeemed.
• This promotion and related information are provided by partner fleets using the Uber system.
• All trips must be booked via the Uber App and dispatched by the fleet partners using Uber App.  
• Users will need to manually enter “VDAY20”  (Open Uber App > Click Account > Wallet > Add Promo). The promo code must be successfully added to the user’s account before it can be applied. This code is non-transferrable.
• The promotion includes 20% off two (2) trips, for a maximum of NT$100 off per trip. Any excess amount charged for the trip (if any) shall be paid by the Uber App user. Unused discount amounts cannot be carried over.
• The promo code shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the promotion period (from 2026/02/13 – 2026/02/15) and both pickup and drop-off locations must be within the Uber system service area.
• This promotion applies to Uber Comfort, Uber Black, and  Uber Comfort Electric. Not applicable towards UberX, UberXL, UberXXL, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, Uber Taxi, Uber Courier, Uber Eats, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan Airport pick-up trips.
• This offer can be used in conjunction with the Uber One membership program but cannot be combined with other promotions. Uber and the partner fleets jointly providing this offer reserve the right to modify the promotion at any time.
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip,  the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
• By using this offer, you agree and represent that you will not use this promotion in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or other improper means. Uber App and participating partner fleets reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer if misuse is identified.
• If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts or violating the Passenger Transportation Agreement, Taiwan Rides Terms & Conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, the user may not be eligible to redeem any promotion offer.

• Uber One credits are not gift cards, electronic payment methods, or similar products or services, and they cannot be transferred to other users or redeemed for cash or other payment methods. Uber One credits are subject to the Uber Cash Terms and Conditions.
• Uber One credits can be used on your Uber Eats App or Uber App, but does not apply to Courier and TPE airport pickup (rental car) trips. $1 Uber One credit can be used for NT$1 in spending. 
• Uber One credits will be added to your account within a certain period after the completion of the trip and will expire 60 days thereafter.
• Uber One credits will only be credited to your account while you maintain an active membership.
• Uber One is subject to Uber One Terms and Conditions.
• Uber One credits will automatically be deducted from the trip fare before the application of any promotions.
