【Term and Conditions – TGo Points】

TGo Points Limit: The total number of TGo Points available for this promotion is 2 million, on a first-come, first-served basis.
TGo Points Redemption Deadline: Promo codes for TGo Points must be redeemed by February 28, 2025.
TGo Points Expiry: All TGo Points must be used by December 31, 2025.
Distribution & Redemption Process:
– Uber One members who complete a ride to any Taiwan High-Speed Rail station using the Uber app will receive a unique TGo Points promo code via email by the Friday of the following week.
– Uber One members can redeem TGo Points on the Taiwan High-Speed Rail TGo platform.

【TGo Points Activity Terms and Conditions】

Participants in this promotion are considered to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification without prior notice.
By providing personal information, TGo members agree that Taiwan High-Speed Rail Corporation may collect, process, and use such data by data protection laws, for purposes related to this promotion such as marketing or statistical analysis. Members can choose whether to provide complete personal information, but incomplete information will disqualify them from participating. For further details, please refer to the personal data protection policy on the Taiwan High-Speed Rail website.
TGo members must ensure that all personal information provided is accurate and truthful, without any impersonation or misuse of third-party data. Providing false or incorrect information will result in disqualification and potential liability for damages caused to Taiwan High-Speed Rail or third parties.
Eligible participants cannot request to exchange the promotional benefit for cash, other products, or alternative forms of discounts. The benefit is non-transferable and subject to availability as provided.

Ticketing regulations are subject to the Passenger Transport Contract published on the Taiwan High-Speed Rail website.

【LINE Points Activity Terms and Conditions】

This promotion and information is provided by the fleet partners using Uber app.
All trips must be booked via the Uber app and dispatched by the fleet partners using Uber app.
The promotion period runs from Oct 14, 2024, 00:00 to Oct 31, 2024, 23:59. After this period, the promotion will automatically expire.
The pickup location must be Taoyuan Airport. The promotion does not apply to Taipei Songshan Airport, Taichung Ching Chuan Kang Airport, Tainan Airport, or Kaohsiung Xiaogang Airport.
LINE Points earned through this promotion will be sent to the registered email address of the Uber App user by the Friday of the week following the completion of the ride.
LINE Points earned by Uber App users cannot be exchanged for cash, used to offset ride fees, or redeemed for other types of discounts.
According to LINE’s official rules, the validity of LINE Points is 180 days from the last time points were earned. If no additional LINE Points are earned within 180 days from the last point accrual date (with the first day being the day the points were earned), all remaining LINE Points in the user’s LINE account will expire on the 181st day. Once expired, the points cannot be redeemed or used, and expired LINE Points will not be reinstated for any reason. For more details, please refer to the LINE Points Terms and Conditions.
