All trips are booked through Uber App and dispatched by fleet partners.
The campaign is provided by fleet partners and published by Uber App on behalf of fleet partners as authorized.
Uber App new users refers to those who haven’t booked a ride dispatched by a fleet partner via the Uber App and who haven’t used any promotions.
Successful referral refers to invitees successfully registering as Uber App’s new user and completing a first trip using the referrer’s/inviter’s referral link or code.
The pick-up and drop-off time has to be within 30 days of receiving the referral reward, and the pick-up and drop-off location has to be within Taiwan operation areas of the Uber App for the reward to apply. The promotion is not applicable for Uber Connect and Taoyuan airport pickup trips.
Multiple promotions cannot be redeemed for a single trip. In the case multiple promotions are applied to your account, the promotion with the maximum discount value will be redeemed first.
This referral promotion is only available to referrers/inviters who have received this promotion and to new users referees/invitees without an existing Uber App account. Users may only have one account. If the referrer/inviter’s or referee/invitee’s user account is found to not be in compliance with related terms and conditions, including but not limited to violation of Uber Referral Program rules, suspected fraud or abuse) resulting in the invalidity of referral program, referral code or promotion, the referral/invitation will become invalid, to which no referral reward will be provided and referral rewards already provided will also become invalid.
The promotion is eligible to be used together with Uber One membership promotions, but cannot be used with other promotions; Uber App and fleet partners hold the right to modify or terminate this campaign at any time.
The maximum discount for a successful referral is NT$150 per trip. Any excess amount charged for the trips shall be paid by the user. The remaining balance of the reward will be immediately forfeited after payment.
