Where we work

We believe in the value that in-person collaboration and community builds, but providing flexible ways of working is just as important. That’s why our work approach is based on balancing flexibility, productivity and collaboration. Plus, every employee can work from anywhere for up to four weeks per year.

  • Most employees spend at least half of their work time in the office, with Tuesday and Thursday as anchor days across the company where all non-remote employees work in-person.
