• This contest is organised by Uber B.V. and applies in Netherlands for UberEATS users with a Dutch PayPal account.
• To participate the contestants have to place an order in the UberEATS app between February 9 and February 26, 2017, pay with PayPal and leave a comment (maximum one sentence) to describe his/her ideal snow holiday.
• The submissions will be judged by a jury and the winner will be the contestant with the most original description of his/her snow holiday. The contest will have only one winner.
• The winner receives a voucher worth € 1500 that can only be used on Chalet.nl and can only be used for bookings between March 1st 2017 and April 30th 2018.
• The voucher can be used for all accommodations on Chalet.nl that are available on the given dates. The prices on Chalet.nl clearly state what is included and what is not. There might be extra costs that have to be payed upon arrival, like tourist taxes, that can not be paid from the amount of the voucher. This is clearly mentioned and the price table. The terms & conditions of Chalet.nl can also be found on the voucher.
• The voucher is non-transmissible and can not be redeemed for cash.
• With every order you place in the UberEats app, you can leave a new description for the contest.
• The winner will be contacted before March 10, 2017. Outcomes of this contest are final and can not be discussed.
• Uber-employees and their relatives are excluded from participation.
• By entering the Contest, you confirm that you irrevocably consent to the use of your name, statements, quotes, stories, image/photograph, appearance, likeness and/or other information, including any audio-visual recordings of you, for all advertising, promotional or other commercial or non-commercial purposes of Uber, its affiliates and/or related third parties in all media now or hereafter known, worldwide and in perpetuity without additional compensation.

• New UberEATS users that place an order in the UberEATS app, pay with PayPal and enter the promocode PAYPALINTHESNOW in the promocode field, get € 5 off their first three orders.
• UberEATS users that received an email from UberEATS with the code PAYPALWINTERHOLIDAY, get € 5 off their order if they pay with PayPal.
• The promocodes can be used from 9 until 26 February 2017 for orders that have a minimum of € 10, paid with PayPal.
• The promocodes can only be used in the Netherlands for UberEATS users with a dutch PayPal account.
