How do I make sure that the photoshoot is as efficient as possible?

1. Prepare the shoot: The shoot will take up to 2 hours, so make sure that your 10 most popular dishes (or a couple of them) are ready to be photographed.
2. Decide which dishes you want to be photographed: These dishes will be placed in the first menu category ‘Most Pupular’ and will be ordered most.
3. Think about the presentation: Make sure there is a calm and light background and present the dishes on nice plates. This will make the dishes look as appetizing as possible.
4. Lighting: the food is best photographed in natural (day)light. Think about a good place in your restaurant where the photos can be taken.
5. TIP: When it comes to presentation: Less is more!
