Your earnings explained
There are several components that make up your earnings.
Hourly wage
You receive a guaranteed gross hourly wage for every hour you are scheduled and available to work during your shift. This includes time spent waiting between delivery requests as well as time spent on active deliveries.
Kilometer allowance
On top of your hourly wage, you receive a kilometer allowance for the distance you travel to complete deliveries. This is based on the kilometers driven or cycled between restaurants and customers during your shift.
Tips
Customers can add a tip in the app. You keep 100% of the tips you receive. These are paid out together with your regular salary from your staffing agency.
Bonuses and incentives
At busy times or during special campaigns, you may receive additional bonuses or incentives (for example peak-hour or performance-based bonuses). Whenever these apply, they will be communicated in advance and shown on your payslip.

How to request a correction
If you have a question about your salary or think something is missing, please contact your staffing agency first. If you believe there is an issue related to a specific delivery (for example a problem with an order), you can also contact Help through the app.
