Scooter Joining Bonus

Starting 11th May 2026, there is a new joining bonus live for Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam new scooter couriers. This joining bonus is designed for couriers completing trips during peak hours and weekends. You can find the full details and terms and conditions below.

Structure

Important: Unlike some previous bonuses, the tiers in this campaign are sequential: you must complete each tier within its deadline to remain eligible for the next. If you miss the deadline for tier 2 (eg., 115 trips), you will not be eligible to earn the tier 3 reward (€400).

Which trips count? Only trips completed during peak hours (17:00–20:59) or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, any time) count toward your trip total.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this joining bonus you must:

• Deliver with a scooter and have with an active account in Amsterdam, Rotterdam or The Hague
• Only trips completed under a motorbike account will count (eligibility is forfeited if you switch vehicle type) 
• Have completed your first trip on or after May 11th, 2026  and before August 31st 2026
• Be working with either Adecco or Randstad
• This bonus is eligible once per agency, the joining bonus can only be applied once per agency

FAQs

1. Do all my trips count toward the bonus?
2. • No. Only trips completed during peak hours (17:00–20:59) or on weekends (Saturday–Sunday, any time)count toward your trip total.
2. What happens if I miss a tier deadline?
3. • If you do not reach the required trips by the deadline for a given tier, you will not be eligible to progress to the following tier. For example, missing the 30-day deadline for the 115-trip tier means you cannot earn the €400 reward, even if you go on to complete 240 trips.
3. Can I earn this bonus if I switch agencies?
4. • No. This joining bonus can only be earned once per courier. Switching from one agency to another does not reset your eligibility.
4. What happens if I am offboarded?
5. • If you are offboarded due to not following the work instructions listed in the courier handbook, you will not be eligible to receive any outstanding payments from the structure above at the time of your final payout. This does not apply if you resign voluntarily.
5. How long is this campaign running?
6. • The campaign is live from May 11th 2016 and will run until August 31st 2026. Only first trips completed on or after May 11th 2026 and before August 31st 2026 are eligible.
