How to sign up and link accounts
1. Scan this QR Code on your phone
If you already have the Uber app, this QR code will lead you to the account-linking page within the app.
If you don’t have the Uber app, this QR code will lead you to download the Uber app in the App Store or on Google Play. Once downloaded, return to the QR code and scan again to proceed to the linking page.
2. Open your account settings in the Uber App
Scroll down to the Rewards section and choose Livelo, then select "Link and start earning."
3. You must have a Livelo account
Log in using your existing Livelo credentials. If you don't have a Livelo account yet, create one for free here.
4. Verify via SMS
Enter the verification code sent via SMS and authorize linking your Uber and Livelo accounts. The app will display a confirmation once your accounts have been linked.
5. Start earning Livelo points on eligible rides
That's it! Your accounts are now linked, and you’re ready to start earning Livelo points on eligible Uber rides.

- What is the partnership between Uber and Livelo?
The partnership between Uber and Livelo allows your eligible Uber rides to automatically accumulate Livelo points. Just link your Uber account to your Livelo account in the Uber app and start earning points on eligible rides.
- Which Uber rides are eligible?
If you are an Uber One member, you earn 1 Livelo point for every R$2 spent on all eligible rides (Uber X, Uber Priority, Uber Comfort, Uber Black, Uber Bag, Uber Black Bag, Uber Comfort Planet, Uber Reserve, Uber Moto, Uber Flash, Uber Flash Moto, Uber Pet, Uber Black SUV, Uber Taxi, and Uber Green). If you are not an Uber One member, you earn 1 Livelo point for every R$3 spent on eligible rides in the Uber Black, Comfort, or Reserve categories. Check the terms and conditions for details. Only completed and paid rides are eligible for points. Cancellation fees, driver tips, or other charges do not generate points.
- Do I earn points with any Uber ride payment method?
You earn Livelo points with all available payment methods. But be aware! If you use a voucher or discount coupon on your ride, you will earn points only on the amount paid in Brazilian Reais.
- Can I earn Livelo points on Uber rides taken outside Brazil?
No. Only rides with both origin and destination within Brazil are eligible.
- By when do I need to link my Uber account to earn Livelo points?
Your Uber account must be linked to your Livelo account before the ride is completed. The account must remain linked until the points are credited.
- Can I link more than one Uber account to the same Livelo account?
No, one Uber account can only be linked to one Livelo account and vice versa. To link a new account, you must unlink the previous one.
- Can I unlink my account at any time?
Yes, but you will stop earning points on future eligible rides. If you completed a ride and the points haven’t yet been credited, you won’t receive those points if the account is unlinked before crediting.
- How long are my Livelo points earned through Uber valid?
Points are valid for 24 months from the credit date in your Livelo account. If you are a Livelo Club subscriber, your points won’t expire while your subscription is active and in good standing.
*Rides in other Uber categories are not eligible for points.
This is a campaign conducted by Uber and Livelo, in which eligible users can accumulate Livelo points by taking eligible Uber trips. By participating in the campaign, the customer accepts and agrees to the rules below:
- Who can participate in this campaign: Individuals over the age of eighteen who: (i) link their Livelo account to their Uber account, as outlined below; (ii) take eligible trips through the Uber app, as described below; and (iii) comply with all the rules of this Regulation, the Livelo Program Regulation, Uber’s General Terms of Use, and the Uber One Program Terms and Conditions, if applicable (“Participant”).
- Linking and unlinking accounts: To participate in the campaign, an Uber user who is also a Livelo user must link their Uber account to their Livelo account through the Uber app.
- 2.1 Each participant may maintain only one active link between their Uber Account and Livelo Account. To link a new Uber or Livelo account, the current link must first be removed.
- 2.2 If the Participant no longer wishes to be part of this campaign, they must unlink their Uber account from their Livelo account, also through the Uber app.
- Eligible trips: Only trips requested via the Uber platform and taken within Brazil, in the categories described in item 4 below, will be eligible to earn points. To be considered eligible, Uber and Livelo accounts must be linked from before the end of the Uber trip until the points are actually credited to the Livelo account.
3.The Uber trip will only be eligible to earn Livelo points after it is completed and payment is confirmed. - Points accumulation: By taking trips through the Uber app, the Participant may accumulate the following amount of points:
- Standard Accumulation – Uber One: 1 (one) Livelo point for every R$2 (two reais) spent on any Uber trip in both personal and business profiles for all Participants who are Uber One members;
- Standard Accumulation – Uber One: 1 (one) Livelo point for every R$2 (two reais) spent on any Uber trip in both personal and business profiles for all Participants who are Uber One members;
- Special Accumulation: Special time-limited campaigns may offer a higher point accumulation than described above, as per the rules and mechanics defined in the specific offer/campaign.
- The number of points and eligibility rules provided herein may be changed by Uber at any time.
- For accumulation based on Uber One membership (Standard Uber One Accumulation or other campaigns with this requirement), only members who: (i) joined Uber One before requesting the Uber trip and (ii) remained members until the Livelo Points are credited will be eligible.
- In the event of Livelo point amounts resulting in fractional numbers, only the whole number will be credited, disregarding the decimal places. Example: If an Uber One member takes a R$51.00 trip, resulting in 25.50 points, only 25 points will be credited to the linked Livelo account.
- On trips with shared payments, each Uber user with linked Uber and Livelo accounts at the end of the trip will accumulate points proportional to the amount they paid.
- The Participant may only accumulate points either through Standard Accumulation or Special Accumulation, depending on the rules of the offer — it is not possible to earn points in both modalities for the same Uber trip.
- For campaigns/offers requiring Livelo Club membership, only subscribers who: (i) joined the Livelo Club before requesting the Uber trip; and (ii) maintained an active subscription until the Livelo points are credited will be eligible.
- Points are not accumulated for: (i) Uber trips outside Brazilian territory; (ii) amounts paid with discount coupons or vouchers; (iii) cancellation fees, driver tips and/or other charges on Uber trips; (iv) Uber trips completed before linking the Uber account to the Livelo account through the Uber app; (v) Uber trips that have any pending payment in the Uber app; (vi) Uber trips not approved or canceled by the rider and/or driver; (vii) Uber trips suspected of fraud; (viii) violations of this regulation and/or the Livelo Program regulation, Uber and/or Uber One terms and conditions, as applicable.
- Campaign duration: This campaign is valid for an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time by Uber and/or Livelo, with 30 (thirty) days prior notice to users.
- Points validity: Points earned through this campaign will be valid for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date they are credited to the Participant's Livelo account, except for Livelo Club subscribers, whose points do not expire while the club subscription remains active and in good standing.
- Timeline for points crediting in Livelo account: Livelo Points will be credited within up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the Uber trip completion and confirmed payment, provided the Uber and Livelo accounts are linked from the moment the Uber trip ends until the points are credited.
- The number of points to be credited will be informed by Uber to Livelo, which will proceed with the crediting.
- Livelo Account Information: Livelo account information, such as registration data, accumulated points, etc., will not be available for consultation in the Uber app, and may only be viewed through Livelo systems.
- Personal Data Processing: To process the reward granted under this regulation, Uber will share account linkage information and the number of points to be credited with Livelo. To learn more about personal data processing, Participants may consult Livelo’s Privacy Policy and Uber’s Privacy Notice.
- General rules: This Campaign is not cumulative with other promotions, bonuses, or discounts , that is, Livelo points can only be accumulated on amounts actually spent in reais.

10% in Uber One Credit upon completion of eligible trips, payments of fees, taxes and similar. These credits expire 60 (sixty) days after being granted and you can find them in the Uber One Credits section. Membership will auto-renew every month (if you choose a monthly membership) or every year (if you choose an annual membership) beginning on your enrollment date, using your selected payment method. To avoid charges: 1) if you are more than 48 hours before your billing day, cancel in the Uber One section of the app by selecting Manage Membership, then End membership, and then confirming you wish to cancel your membership; or 2) if you are within 48 hours of your billing day, contact Support to cancel.
