DISCLOSURE’S #SELECTLA GUIDE AND PLAYLIST

Along with the #SELECTLA sweepstakes, we’re excited to bring you exclusive LA guides, playlists, and more curated by insiders in music, art, fashion, and food. We caught up with Disclosure to learn more about the duo’s favorite places to eat, drink, spend their LA nights out, and what music they listen to along the way.

What is the one place you look forward to going to when you come to LA and why?

Probably to stay at, the Chateau Marmont. It’s just so much fun. Last time we were there it was just a non-stop party most nights. And it’s just a lovely place with wicked food and an amazing history.

What is your favorite place to meet up with friends and why?

We have always had a lot of fun at a club called Exchange. We played some wicked DJ sets there and if someone decent is playing we will go and check them out with some friends.

What is your favorite place to grab food and why?

In N Out burger. End of sentence!

Any hidden gems in LA you go to?  What makes this place special?

We watched Tame Impala play at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. That was a pretty amazing place. Very beautiful and such a wicked place for a gig too.

What is your favorite place to check out music in LA? Or do you have a favorite show/festival you have seen in LA?

Always try and stop by Amoeba Records. It just has everything! Biggest record store we have been to for sure. I know it’s not technically in LA but it’s pretty close, Coachella has to be in there. We have had two of the most amazing shows there in the U.S. ever. Great festival.
