Help South Carolina Flood Recovery

As we welcome our South Carolina visitors over the weekend, many of their family members and friends back home are dealing with rising flood waters. The Red Cross has been working around the clock to provide safe shelter, food and comfort to the people impacted by flooding in South Carolina.

To help the people of South Carolina affected by flooding, Uber is teaming up with the Red Cross to raise funds for flood recovery efforts.

HOW IT WORKS

• OPEN your app in Baton Rouge between Saturday, October 10 at 9am and Sunday, October 11 at 11pm
• SLIDE over to the RED CROSS option
• REQUEST your RED CROSS ride (you’ll get picked up in an uberX vehicle at uberX rates)
• RIDE and Uber will donate $1 for every ride to the American Red Cross for flood recovery
