So last week’s outages—which intermittently affected over one million riders and 450,000 drivers globally over a couple of hours—was a significant miss. For drivers who couldn’t use the app, we’ve put money directly into their accounts to make up for the lost time and earnings. For riders, we’re offering discounts on their next two trips.
