Additionally, billing frequency can be configured to occur per trip or monthly. Please note that the specifics of billing setup may vary from market to market.

¹ Uber Business Black must be requested using an eligible business profile and be supported by your organization’s policies.
²Our on-time pickup protection applies exclusively to Uber Business Black reservations made through the Uber app or website using an eligible business profile. If the driver arrives more than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, MXN 325 in Uber Credits will automatically be applied to the user’s Uber Wallet (does not apply to airport pickup reservations). If no driver is assigned within 8 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, MXN 650 in Uber Credits will automatically be applied to the user’s Uber Wallet. The credit will be added to the user’s Uber Wallet within 72 hours of the delayed or unfulfilled trip. Terms vary by region and are subject to change at any time.
