Your Recent uberPOOL Cancellations

If you’re receiving this message, it means that you have already received a message from us regarding your cancellations on uberPOOL. You’ve either cancelled another uberPOOL trip or other Uber ride.

A high rate of cancellations hurts both driver-partners and your fellow riders and jeopardizes our ability to offer you a quality uberPOOL product at the lowest possible price.

If we continue to observe a high rate of cancellations on your account, we may temporarily lower your uberPOOL discounts until February 1st, 2017. As a reminder, uberPOOL prices are currently up to 50% lower on average compared to uberGO prices.

Please make sure you request only when you are ready, and are a courteous passenger to your fellow riders and driver-partners.
