Sharing your ride saves you money and should be stress-free (for everyone involved!). Ride like a pro next time you uberPOOL by following these 3 tips.
ALLOW EXTRA TIME
If you’re matched with another rider, your ETA may be a few minutes longer than you’re used to. Request a few minutes in advance to guarantee a smooth ride.
MEET YOUR MATCH
Remember uberPOOL always pairs you with another rider on the same route. If you cancel and re-request, you’ll likely be matched with the same car.
2 MINUTES ‘TIL TAKE-OFF
After arriving at your pick-up location, your uberPOOL driver and fellow riders will wait 2 minutes for you to hop in. Keep in mind that canceling your request after 2 minutes will result in a cancellation fee.
