The boss of all things barbeque will be working the grill tomorrow, 29th May, to deliver his signature pork chops. So famous is this one dish that it’s taken him from a little garage in Candolim to a massive restaurant in Sapiem and now it’s bringing him all the way to PDT in Bombay.

He will be barbequing tiger prawns, kingfish, baked feta, cottage cheese, and aubergine. But first you have to take your eyes off those chops!
