Why Does My Fare Change?
Upfront fares are calculated dynamically, based on your pickup and drop off locations. Key in the exact pick up location and destination. When this is not feasible, enter the closest pick up location and destination.
What if I change my destination?
Your upfront fare is calculated on the basis of expected duration, distance, demand, and local conditions. If you change your destination between a trip or get dropped off at a different location, your final fare will change.
What if I change my route?
We encourage your driver to follow the suggested route on the app. This helps minimise the distance mismatch and you pay exactly what you see. In case you wish to take a different route, your fare may change.
