Reduction in Your uberPOOL Discount

Unfortunately, after receiving messages from us regarding your cancellations on uberPOOL, we’ve still observed a high rate of cancellations.

As mentioned previously, a high rate of cancellations hurts both driver-partners and your fellow riders and jeopardizes our ability to offer a quality uberPOOL product at the lowest possible price.

At this time we have temporarily lowered your uberPOOL discounts until February 1st, 2017. You can of course continue to use Uber and your other options will not be affected. We hope that you understand, and will re-enable your uberPOOL discounts after February 1st so that you may continue to use at the same affordable rate as before.
