- Yellow-plated vehicle
- Model year 2008 or newer
- 4-door hatchback, sedan, SUV, or minivan
- Good condition with no cosmetic damage
Vehicle Registration
We require a copy of your current registration with the information clearly visible. If the vehicle is registered in another's name, we also require the NOC/Affidavit.
Insurance
We require a copy of your current insurance policy with all information clearly visible.

We require a copy of your current vehicle permit with all information clearly visible.
Fitness Certificate
We require a copy of your fitness certificate with all information clearly visible.
