New Pricing for Long Uber Rides in Mumbai

Since Uber launched in Mumbai, people have come to expect a high bar of reliability – no matter where they’re headed in the city, during the day or the dead of night. So starting 07.11.16, we’re introducing an optimised fare structure for uberGO trips that are longer than 25 kilometers, to ensure you’ve a ride when you need it the most by justifying economics for our driver-partners.
With the optimised pricing, you pay ₹14 per kilometer from the 25th kilometer onwards. Everything remains the same for trips shorter than 25 kilometers. While the change is marginal, Uber remains your most affordable ride in Mumbai. Here are some sample optimised uberGO fares, against what you might pay using another app:
