Individual Rewards

The following list includes information on a selection of rewards in the Uber Pro Program, provided by participating partners or Uber. Please note that all rewards under the Uber Pro Program, including but not limited to their availability, their terms and conditions, the qualifications for accessing the rewards, as well as the identities of the participating partners themselves, are subject to change at any time in Uber’s discretion without notice to you, unless Uber reasonably believes a change will have a detrimental impact on you in which case reasonable notice will be provided. The following list is not intended to be an exhaustive or updated list of all the available rewards under the Uber Pro Program. There may be additional rewards not listed here, or subsequent modifications to or cancellation of rewards listed below. You should refer to the latest information in your Uber Driver App, on this website and/or in Uber’s communications to you. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Uber Pro Terms and Conditions.

1) Airport Queue Priority

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Diamond Program Tier

Once a Diamond driver-partner picks up riders and is heading to the Hong Kong International Airport, can join the airport queue without having to complete a drop-off.

Diamond driver-partners who join the queue will be placed to the front of the queue, along with any existing Diamond driver-partners in the queue. The following ride types are not eligible for Airport Queue Priority: Uber Reserve.

2) Trip Duration & Direction Feature

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Platinum and Diamond Program Tiers who maintain a trip acceptance rate of 90 % or higher (calculated based on your acceptance rate for the last 100 trips)

When you receive a request, you will see more information about your trip, relating to an estimation of how long the trip may be and the direction in which you’re heading. For example: The estimated trip time is 22 minutes, and you’ll be travelling northeast from the pickup location.

3) Recognition in the Rider App Feature 

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Gold, Platinum and Diamond Program Tiers

Upon dispatch, your rider will see your Uber Pro status in their app, together with additional key info taken from your profile.

4) Extra Destination Feature

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Gold, Platinum and Diamond Program Tiers

When a long trip takes you to a slow area, you will have 15 minutes to set a destination that will not count towards your daily limit.

5) Free Uber One membership trial

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Diamond Program Tier

Diamond driver-partners can activate a 3-month free trial of Uber One, and earn 10% back in Uber One Credits on Uber Rides. Membership will not automatically renew after the 3-month trial period ends.

To receive another free 3-month Uber One Membership after your initial trial ends, you must have Uber Pro Diamond status and re-enroll through the Uber One Membership details page in the Uber Pro hub. 

This reward is available only to driver-partners in the Uber Pro Diamond tier. To receive a free 3-month Uber One Membership trial, go to the ‘Uber One Membership‘ reward details page in the Uber Pro hub and tap ‘Redeem’. Membership will not auto-renew at the end of the 3 months. After a free 3-month Uber One Membership trial ends, you may be eligible for another free 3-month trial if you maintain Uber Pro Diamond status and reactivate your membership through the ‘Uber One Membership’ details page in the Uber Pro hub. Where applicable, Uber One credits will be issued after completion of eligible rides and will expire 60 days after being added to your wallet.  If you are already an Uber One member when redeeming the reward, it will take effect only after your current billing cycle (including any monthly or annual billing cycle) ends. Your 3-month free trial period will begin from that date and will not automatically renew. This reward is subject to change without notice. Please refer to the Hong Kong Uber One Membership Terms and Conditions.  In the event of any inconsistency between these Rewards Terms and the Hong Kong Kong One Membership Terms and Conditions, these Reward Terms will prevail. 

6) Discount for AutoMate Car Services

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Blue, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Program Tiers

Discount on AutoMate car services for eligible Uber Pro Driver Partners.

7) Complimentary BowtieGo Membership

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Blue, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Program Tiers

Complimentary BowtieGo membership and coffee voucher upon successful membership sign-up for eligible Uber Pro Driver Partners. Drivers Partners who are already a BowtieGo member may receive further offers from Bowtie. Please check the BowtieGo app or contact Bowtie directly for the latest available offers.

8) Free Rosetta Stone Language Courses

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Gold, Platinum and Diamond Program Tiers

Free Rosetta Stone language courses for eligible Uber Pro Driver Partners.

9) Shell LPG Discount

Who is Eligible: Taxi Driver Partners in the Blue, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Program Tiers

Eligible taxi driver-partners can enjoy Shell LPG discounts. Please check the Shell app for latest offers and program terms.

10) Shell Fuel Discount

Who is Eligible: Driver Partners in the Blue, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Program Tiers, but not applicable to Taxi Driver Partners

13) 3EV Station Charging Exclusive Offers

Eligible Driver Partners can enjoy exclusive charging offers provided by 3 EV Station after having successfully completed and submitted the relevant charging discount registration form, downloaded the 3EV Station app and registered an account.
