*HK$XX Uber Reserve offer:

*The promotion period is from 01st October 2025 until 31st October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

*During the Promotion Period, an eligible rider will be able to enjoy a HK$XX off on one Reserve trip to the designated border checkpoints (the “Offer’).  The balance amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.  

^{^^} Designated border checkpoints only include Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, Heung Yuen Wai, West Kowloon Express Rail Link, China Ferry Terminal, Macau Ferry Terminal and Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. Other checkpoints at Lok Ma Chau, Lok Ma Chau Spur Line and Shenzhen Bay are applicable to Uber Taxi dropoff trips only.

* The promo code of this Offer has automatically been applied to the eligible users’ accounts, and is only applicable to riders who received this email directly from Uber, and is invalid if transferred, forwarded or screenshot. 

*This Offer is valid for Uber Reserve trips only. Each eligible rider may enjoy the Offer once, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

*This Offer shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period and finish location is in the designated border checkpoints^{^^}.

*Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.

**The estimated trip price is for reference only. After your ride has started and subsequently you request to change the destination which significantly affects the travel distance or if there is heavy traffic jam which has substantially delayed the travel time, the estimated trip price may be updated according to the actual situation.

^# Book your ride ahead of time and get confirmation of your arranged trip on the Uber App. Uber doesn’t guarantee that a driver-partner will accept your ride request. Your ride is confirmed once you receive your driver-partner details.
^{^} You can cancel for free at any time prior to receiving your driver details. If you’ve received your driver details and you cancel less than 60 minutes before your ride, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee. 

*Users may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating these terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and the user account will therefore not be eligible to redeem any promo code.

*Other relevant terms and conditions may also apply including the General Terms of Use.

*Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.

*Uber has the sole right to modify these T&C and vary or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding this promotion, Uber reserves the right of final decision.

*Any discrepancy of the Chinese and English version of these T&C, the English version shall prevail.
