Per airport regulations, drivers must adhere to the terms below while on airport property. Failure to do so may result in the receipt of a citation or restriction of access to airport trips. Please note that Uber will not pay for any citations that drivers may incur.
When on airport property, the Uber driver app must be open at all times (drivers must not go offline until exiting the airport area)
- Drivers may wait for requests in the designated waiting area (see map below)
- Drivers waiting elsewhere will not receive trip requests through the Uber driver app
- Waiting at terminals or elsewhere on airport property is prohibited and may result in a citation
- Uber drivers may only use the restroom in the waiting lot
- All ride pickups must occur at the designated locations selected by riders in the Uber app
- The Uber vehicle decal (trade dress) must always be displayed on the front passenger windshield facing outward

- 在指定排队区域内靠近航站楼的合作车主不会享有任何优势，系统也不会将其排到队列最前面
- 如果指定排队区域内没有合作车主排队，则系统将根据距离和其他因素派单给附近的合作车主
- 如果出现以下情况，您可能会失去在队列中的位置：
- 在优步车主端中下线
- 驶出指定的排队区域
- 连续多次未接受行程派单
- 取消多次行程（如果是乘客取消行程，您仍会排在队列中）

上车地点位于商用车辆专用车道上，与公共到达专用车道平行。要前往接载地点，请按照应用内导航的指示，沿标记有 "Commercial Vehicles Only"（仅限商用车辆）的道路行驶。您可能需要向机场工作人员出示行程详情和/或车主端的实时页面，才能进入这条道路。请准备好车主端，以便在工作人员要求时出示。

How dropoffs work
Based on the operating agreement with the airport, riders can be dropped off at their requested terminal on the Departures/Ticketing level. If you’d like to receive a trip request afterward, you’ll need to keep the Uber driver app on to maintain your place in the designated driver queue.
ReMatch feature
We’ve also launched the ReMatch feature at PHL. To qualify for ReMatch, driver-partners must first complete a dropoff at the airport. ReMatch then allows any driver who just completed an airport dropoff to temporarily receive a pickup request and complete a pickup without having to go to the waiting lot. Airport regulations prohibit loitering in the terminal area. Idling at the curb may result in a citation from airport authorities.
ExpressMatch feature
ExpressMatch is live at PHL airport. ExpressMatch is an in-app feature that prompts drivers in the waiting lot to begin heading towards the airport terminal a few minutes before we anticipate a pickup request.
