約翰甘迺迪國際機場 (JFK) 優步小巴：全新推出的實惠共乘選項

優步小巴是固定路線、定時出發的接駁服務，往返於指定的上下車地點。最早可在出發前 3 天預約座位，最多 5 人同行 (含預約者本人)。最晚須在預定出發時間前 2 分鐘完成預訂。

所有年滿 2 歲的乘客皆須購票，並繫上安全帶入座。每位監護人可免費攜帶 1 名未滿 2 歲的幼童同行。

優步小巴的價格可能會因乘客的出發地點、上車地點、預約時間和/或是否適用優惠活動等因素而有所不同。預約優步小巴行程前，系統會顯示預估應付車資。

以下為票價中已包含的行李限額：

每位乘客可攜帶：一件隨身或托運行李，重量上限為 45 磅 (約 20.5 公斤)。一件個人物品，須能放在膝上或座位下方。

若需攜帶額外行李，請另行預訂一個座位，以容納額外的行李件數。這有助於職業駕駛妥善安排座位與行李，並避免行程期間發生任何不便。

您可透過 Uber App 查看班次與座位供應情況。最早可提前 3 天，最多可預約 5 個座位。請提前預訂，以保留行程座位。座位數量有限，建議盡早預約！

在 App 中查看路線與班次的方法：

1. 在 Uber App 主畫面選取「優步小巴」圖示。
2. 輸入上下車地點。
3. 系統會顯示往返這兩個地點的所有路線清單。

您可以透過以下 2 種方式預約優步小巴：

在「首頁」分頁中操作：

1. 在「要去哪裡？」欄位輸入目的地
2. 選擇「優步小巴」選項
3. 選擇偏好的上車時間及所需座位數 (每次最多可預約 5 個座位)
4. 確認費用
5. 點選「確認」，即可完成優步小巴預約。

在「服務」分頁中操作：

1. 選擇「優步小巴」圖示
2. 輸入目的地
3. 選擇偏好的上車時間及所需座位數 (每次最多可預約 5 個座位)
4. 點選「確認」，即可完成優步小巴預約。

在 App 中完成預約後：

1. 您會在行程開始前 5 分鐘，收到包含 QR 碼和專屬 PIN 碼的票券。上車時，職業駕駛會掃描 QR 碼。
2. 您可以在預定上車時間前 5 分鐘於 Uber App 主畫面追蹤優步小巴的車輛位置，並查看上車地點。上車地點會顯示在地圖上。

To modify shuttle bookings, you’ll need to cancel your scheduled trip and book a new one.

To cancel your booking :

1. Go to Activity in the Uber app.
2. Select the trip you want to cancel.
3. Cancel the reservation.
4. You may then make a new reservation by selecting the Shuttle icon on the home screen of the Uber App.

If you can’t make your booking, please cancel as soon as possible to open your seat for someone else.

For Airport Shuttles, a cancellation fee will apply under the following conditions:

*For Trips to the Airport: * Riders will be charged a cancellation fee of $5 if the rider does not board the shuttle within 2 minutes of the scheduled departure. Riders will be charged the full fare if the rider attempts to cancel a trip after checking in and scanning the QR on a shuttle. Riders will not be charged a cancellation fee if they cancel more than 25 minutes before a scheduled departure or if the driver is more than 10 minutes late to the pickup spot for a scheduled departure.

*For Trips leaving the Airport: * Riders will only be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total fare, if the rider attempts to cancel the trip after they have checked in on a shuttle and scanned the QR code. RIders will not be charged a cancellation fee for missing a shuttle leaving the airport.

Uber Shuttle trips are operated by third-party shuttle operators. These shuttle operators use their own drivers and conduct their own screening procedures, which are not subject to Uber’s screening processes. Neither the shuttle operators, nor their drivers, are employees or agents of Uber.

Uber’s general Terms of Use and Community Guidelines apply to all bookings. By booking a seat on an Uber Shuttle, you agree to these terms.

優步小巴的行程費用與一般機場接駁服務相同。

服務性動物可一同搭乘接駁車，但不允許攜帶寵物上車。
