Senior Sales Operations Associate
About the Role
Driving commercial performance across the US & Canada means operating inside a fast‑moving, constantly evolving sales engine. As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll be a core partner to Sales Operations Leads, shaping how the business forecasts, reviews performance, and identifies growth opportunities. This role blends analytical depth with operational execution — you’ll design scalable processes, dive into the details of sales workflows, and influence cross‑functional teams to achieve shared objectives. Success here requires someone who can operate in an ambiguous environment and use data to drive clarity and momentum across the commercial organization.
What You’ll Do
- Run the Commercial Cadence: Own forecasting cycles, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and executive business reviews, ensuring each is grounded in clean, actionable insights.
- Improve Systems & Processes at Scale: Lead enhancements to Salesforce workflows and sales processes, reducing friction and building infrastructure that supports rapid growth.
- Be the Analytical Backbone: Build predictive models, analyze performance trends, and surface insights that shape GTM strategy and resource allocation.
- Partner Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Sales Planning, Strategy, and other teams to align on priorities and translate business needs into operational solutions.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Drive high‑impact initiatives across segments and territories, combining deep analysis with structured execution to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Dive Into the Details: Investigate funnel performance, data anomalies, and operational bottlenecks — ensuring decisions are grounded in reality, not assumptions.
- Translate Complexity Into Clarity: Turn messy data into crisp narratives, dashboards, and recommendations that influence stakeholders at all levels.
